May 16, 2018 is opening day of our local market this season. I'll have Bacon Jam, Rhubarb and Strawberry Rhubarb, Blueberry with Thai Basil, Spicy Drizzle in brand new packaging, a squeeze bottle. The honey is local and I was able to prepare it without compromising it's raw nutritious state. I'll also be bringing some Gettin' Figgy With It and my amazing Kumquat Marmalade with Grand Marnier. Don't worry I have plenty of Pineapple Habanero which continues to be everyone's favorite. I'll have a few other flavors too. Hope to see you there.
