Kumquat Orange Marmalade, a trio of thinly sliced kumquats, navel oranges and Meyer lemons. A lovely spread that will bring back those childhood memories spent Granny's kitchen just as it does for me with Mimi back at the flats in her little kitchen. For an extra wow, I added Grand Marnier! It's not only absolutely wonderful on a slice of warm home made bread just out of the oven, it's so delicious on chicken. 
It's not only lovely on an English muffin with a cup of tea in the morning, it's also an absolutely wonderful spread atop a slice of warm home made bread just out of the oven. It is really special on chicken. Once again for our next family get together I'll use a healthy serving of marmalade with some of our favorite cheeses, fresh prosciutto and salamis, grape tomatoes and either marcona almonds or walnuts.
