Raspberries are summer to me. I exert myself daily turning ordinary things into "extraordinary" with every spoonful. Sweet, tart and oh so smooth, you'll want to eat it right out of the jar; but try it on a cream puff. Another great way to serve this one is slather a 4 oz jar on top of your favorite cheesecake, then garnish with a pint of fresh raspberries to finish it off. Drizzle over french toast.
