I infused local raw honey with organic chilis. This honey has a smoky flavor with a surprise kick at the end. Drizzle away and enjoy with sexy creamy bleu. Mmmmm. Stuff some dates with your favorite cheese ( bleu is the best), wrap in bacon, stick under the broiler then top  with my spicy drizzle and enjoy!
