Kumquat Orange Marmalade - A trio of thinly sliced kumquats, navel oranges, and Meyer lemons. A sweet spread that may bring back those childhood memories spent with your grandmother, just as it did for me! Making jam with my "Mimi" back at the flats in her little kitchen. For an extra WOW, I added Grand Marnier to this recipe! It's not only lovely on an English muffin with a cup of tea in the morning, but, it's amazing spread atop a slice of warm homemade bread just out of the oven. Try adding to a baked chicken breast for a delicious change.  $15.00 per jar.

Blackberry Sage, my first savory jam! Try it on a pork roast as a condiment or on your favorite savory scone.

Cranberry Walnut – (Preserves - Winter) fresh cranberries and walnuts make this a favorite on bagels, muffins or any of your homemade pastries or breads. An absolute "must-have" for all fall and winter entertaining tables. Cranberries and walnuts on a fresh turkey sandwich are just so delicious. I also carry the Cranberry Walnut with Ginger.

*****Gooseberry & Elderflower****

You will absolutely love this new one. I found local gooseberries, paired them with organic elderflower nectar to create this delightful spread. I can't wait to see what some local chefs around town will do with it. Don't take too long ordering. This variety is limited. $12.00 per jar.

****Mimi's Tomato Bomb***** I used my vintage recipe for tomato preserves but added homegrown cherry bomb chili peppers and some Himalayan sea salt for a new twist. Add a tablespoon in your bloody mary. Try it on bruschetta, a burger, add a tablespoon to your favorite pasta sauce or just eat it for breakfast on toast! $12.00 per jar

*****Prickly Pear***** Straight from the Mojave Desert and available for such a short time, this jam is a great addition to your favorite breakfast bread. Sweet from the cactus fruit, tart from the fresh lime and deliciously unique from the Milagro Tequila infusion process. A hint of Himalayan sea salt and little bits of fresh Serrano pepper will leave a mild heat at the end. Add the Prickly Pear to your best-loved spicy dish or on top of your favorite and serve with crackers. Heat it up and use as a sauce over pork. Customer favorite is to drizzle the Prickly Pear over crunchy pork belly skewers. Mmmmmmm!

Spicy Onion Jam Another savory variety that will tempt your palate and spark your imagination. Let's see, what do you do with a spicy onion jam? Let me give you a couple of ways that are tried and true. Made with sweet red onions and just a hint of Thai chilis, this one tastes incredible on a burger, especially with sharp cheese.  A natural partner with roast beef or any grilled meat and a real treat on steak or spooned over your favorite quesadilla. Slather this sweet and savory jam inside a grilled cheese. I designed these jars of yumminess because of the many ways of trying it myself. How about this idea...add to softened cream cheese, goat cheese or sour cream, and you will have the absolute best onion dip for your favorite chips.

Pineapple Habanero Glaze – You are going to absolutely love this one! Where the SWEET meets the HEAT! The distinct taste of the habanero pepper married with the delicate taste of fresh pineapple makes this a summer favorite poured over cream cheese and served with crackers. Last weekend friends and I tried it on pulled pork again and it was just so damn good~

This wonderfully sweet and spicy jelly can be paired perfectly with your favorite ham and cheese panini. Try it on vanilla bean ice-cream or gelato. I did and it was fabulous.
